Rivendell School is a joint Department of Health and Department of Education & Communities facility located in the Strathfield Education District at Concord West. Rivendell School provides educational programs for those students admitted as inpatients to the Rivendell Adolescent Unit, the Walker Unit and Gna Ka Lun, the acute adolescent unit at Campbelltown. It is a state-wide school that focuses on the psychological health of young people and their families. Rivendell offers both residential and day programs. Clinical and education staff work collaboratively on educational programs.

Catering to: Ages 12 to 18. Young persons must be enrolled in an educational facility to use these services.
