Life Lessons is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of young people and their parents in our community by providing schools and communities with relevant workshops that empower informed decisions and build resilience.
Our workshops are designed to be engaging and interactive and include fun activities, group discussions, role plays, videos and many more activities.
All workshops are tailored to suit specific needs of each school and topics include:
- Peer Relationships/Bullying
- Cyber Bulling / Cyber Safety
- Body Image & Self Esteem
- Sexual Health
- Alcohol & Other Drugs
- Safe Partying & Alcohol Related Injuries
- Preparing for Schoolies
- Dealing with HSC Stress & Stress Management
- Crossroads Program
- Parent Information Sessions
Referral: Not required.
Catering to: Ages 5 to 18. Young persons must be enrolled in an educational facility to use these services.
